We are in our final days of our cake class and let me tell you, it has been FUN! I love going there and learning techniques. Alma and i are thinking into going to another class that we are aware of. The more you learn the better the growth right. We started to ork with fondant and it is fun. This is my first cake with fondant and i think its pretty in pink! haha I cant wait to do this as a side job. We already had two birthdays lined up and a wedding cake! so YUM! cant wait.
